Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: June 4, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Trusted Only Services and is incorporated into the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Terms of Service. Violation of this AUP is a violation of the Terms and may result in suspension or termination.

1. Prohibited conduct

You may not, and may not permit anyone to:

  • Use the Services to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
  • Upload, publish, or transmit content that is false, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Create, solicit, incentivize, or publish fake, fraudulent, or misleading reviews on any platform, including connected Google Business Profiles.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Infringe any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other intellectual property right.
  • Upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems, or interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Services except through functionality we expressly provide.
  • Use the Services to send spam or unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law (including CAN-SPAM or CASL).
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide the Services to third parties except as expressly permitted.

2. Connected accounts and third-party platform rules

When you connect a third-party account such as a Google Business Profile, you must comply with that platform's policies in addition to this AUP. Content published to a Google Business Profile must comply with Google's prohibited and restricted content policies, and you must not use connected access to misrepresent a business, manipulate reviews or ratings, or imply a relationship with Google that does not exist.

3. Data and privacy responsibilities

If you upload or manage data about other individuals (such as homeowners or clients), you represent that you have the necessary rights and consents to do so, and you will use such data only for legitimate, lawful purposes consistent with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, remove or disable content, and suspend or terminate access for conduct we reasonably believe violates this AUP or the Terms, or that may harm the Services, other users, or third parties. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice, but we may act immediately to address serious risks.

5. Reporting
